Unprofessional law firm and an even more unprofessional attorney. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear to get you hire them and pay the retainer. After that, the billing becomes excessive, the effort becomes minimal, and your case is clearly not a priority at all. You will be charged for unnecessary and questionable items while receiving little meaningful work in return.
