Loved my massage. I like the idea of having the wellness plan that gives me a great massage once a month for a great price. Zane did my massage and was wonderful. He got out a ton of built up tension in my neck and back. Customer service was outstanding!! I will recommend Elements to everyone.
Kickboxing instructor is my profession & i need my leg... Horrible time. Went in for a massage and stretching ... woke up next morning knee down, numb. Long story short. Mike the manager? Owner I don't know called me & was very rude.. pretty much telling me it wasn't their fault. Anyways, mike if you want me to go to the doctor I will & ill send you the bill. Not going there again. Thanks

Samantha, I apologize if I came across as rude. Suggesting a doctor for medical advice was not intended to be rude. I'm sorry you did not have a good experience but it was not for lack of trying by our employees. The massage therapist came in to work on you for two additional sessions on his own time for no charge. You indicated there had been some improvement each time. Again, we are truly sorry you did not have an enjoyable experience.
Worst service staff experience ever! Was told I had 2 gift certificates on file...... 2 calls later and appointment done they said they were showing as invalid..... I had even already left !! Nice job on your service ..... how could you get this so wrong.... even after this they didn't offer a discount or anything even though it was their error. How did I use both ???
