I will be moving here end of June. Pretty excited so far from what I have seen. Jessica showed me around and she was awesome and very patient with my ridiculously energetic son! I look forward to meeting new friends here.
Living at Element was an amazing experience! Loved the view, the amenities, and the awesome staff that they have there! If you want to get that true downtown tampa city feel this is the place to be!
I really enjoy living at Element! The view is GREAT! One thing is the parking is a little tight but overall that is downtown living what did you expect?! The staff is great and always helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.
Excellent Upscale Living in a High Rise Building. Very snazzy for Tampa. If you are looking to live in a high rise with lots of amenities then definitely check out Element Tampa! The staff is helpful and friendly!!
