I’ve had an overall good experience at Element, with some hiccups, but this last renewal has been atrocious. Rents have gone down in the apartment building, and management refuses to provide market rate to people renewing. The same apartment floor plan that I had been renting was going for significantly cheaper than my renewal price, and not only did management refuse to give me that rate, they even increased my rate.
