We moved in about two years ago. The time we've spent at the Element has been very enjoyable. Any issues with the apartment are addressed and fixed by maintenance/management quickly. The controlled entry and 24-hour concierge is also a huge plus. Ben in particular is a huge benefit of living here. He is always fully of energy and has a great sense of humor. He's one of the many reasons living here is so enjoyable!
Lots of cloak and dagger, visiting a guest, parking, walking down the stairs to ground floor then through the front entrance and into the lobby, up the elevator....but once your make it to your destination the views are amazing
