Location. Staff very helpful. Great Pool. Club house.
Only thing that could make this place better is not having to deal with traffic in the morning , but coming home to this place is wonderful ! Great staff and well kept community
The grounds neat, pretty flowers & landscaping. The apt I was was spacious & attractive.
We moved to ECB never having visited or viewing the property. We were very surprised and happy about the location and the apartments once we arrived. We loved the amenities and the ECB events, which actually helped us in meeting some new people that we still hang out with. Upon moving out we have some issues but were able to work out a compromise with ECB and wrap up on positive terms. I would highly suggest ECB to someone looking for an apartment in the West Ashley area.
Watch out! Element is the most unprofessional, poorly managed apartment complex I have ever dealt with. Not only do you have to deal with PMSing females at the front desk every day, but they will REAM you in your deposit. Very overpriced for the "luxury amenities" ie: coffee machine that never works, car washing station where vacuum doesn't work, overflowing trash cans of dog poo. Go to Beazer or Toll Brothers if you are looking for a "Luxury Apartment".
