RecommendedMy experience as a resident in Carolina bay has by far been the best. I'm in love with the greenery, the amenities, and the immense services the friendly staff provide. The community is extremely beautiful, well maintained always. I enjoy the proximity to the greenway which encourages me to bike, run, walk, and stay fit all the time. So I have been debating writting this review for a long time but im just really bothered by how this was handled. when i started my over 3 year living experience at carolina bay i had a great time. the manager at the time was tracy womble. which after about a year they moved her and sadly the experience at my apartment declined. now sometimes it was ok but communication with staff was difficult most of the time and i lived there. i always paid on time and rarely ever needed assistance. but... when i had the opportunity to pu... read more

Good place to live. Peaceful, with a lot of recreation areas. I wish there was a better policy on smoking free areas and trash separation (recyclables) and recollection for the sake of our world.

We had a 13 month lease and were moving from across the country, so we did everything online prior to move-in. Initially, they submitted the lease application wrong so it took us three weeks of constant back and forth before the right one was submitted. This was made more difficult because nobody ever answered the phone and the only way to contact them was via email. Then when we arrived, the lease they had for us to sign was still the wrong lease.
