A terrible apartment complex that was built fast and shoddy. The "luxury" stands for luxury prices, and not quality amenities. Management WILL lie to, and about you, and you'll be lucky if you get anyone on the phone. DO. NOT. Rent or associate with these thieves.

I am moving out of Element after living here for 2 years. I’m going to miss living here so much! The apartments are super nice, the neighbors are always friendly, the office staff is constantly going out of their way for the residents, and the maintenance team is always quick! Anyone looking for an apartment in the west Ashley area needs to come check this place out!!
My husband and I just renewed our lease. This will make year 6 living here. We love it! The activities the management puts on every month are amazing: happy hour; bowling; the movies; just to name a few. We have food trucks every Wednesday. Our pool is awesome, and so is our clubhouse. Everybody is so nice, from the resident to management. I would highly recommend living here!
If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Element is amazing, after moving in an upstairs apartment we were able to acquire a downstairs apartment. Flawless transferring to a different apartment, amazing office staff. Nina and Jenn are always welcoming every time we walk in, even with our K-9 child. Beautiful walking paths as well as ponds. Maintenance works with pride, always waving as you pass them, quick to repair whatever goes wrong. Never waiting more than a day for repairs. Amazing place to live!
Element is THE BEST! Nina and the staff go above and beyond to make us feel appreciated! This morning they were in the parking lot handing out Chick-fil-A breakfast and coffee! Cannot recommend living here enough! I’ve been here for 3 years and never want to leave!
I moved into Element about 1 month ago and have loved every bit of it. When I first started looking to move, these apartments came up first in the list and after coming and see them in person, it was a no brainer from there. The staff here is amazing! They make sure to go above and beyond and exceed any expectation for help regarding moving in, SCEG and TV/Internet service, maintenance requests, local eats and bars, etc. From start to finish, they have made my move one of the easiest experiences I can remember.
