roaches flooding and maintenance issues I have had to call out maintenance roughly 20 plus times in the past few months for a broken ac unit that was flooding my apartment on and off and plumbing issues, a refrigerator with mold inside that was also leaking, and there has also been horrific roach infestation the entire time no matter how clean I keep my apartment
Everything went wrong I knew something wasn't right when we hadn't even moved in yet and the management wasn't answering my questions over email. They refused us a tour or walkthrough so when we got the keys we were surprised to find there was no dishwasher and the kitchen was a literal closet. The ceiling fan and bedroom light were broken and it took them a month until they repaired it. Avoid this place. Fleas. Zero communication skills, overflowing garbage bins, and a laundry setup that doesn't work properly. The prices go up but nothing is upgraded and the kitchen leaks. 10 months into my lease and none of my problems are fixed no matter how many times I request.
Bad service No proper service. Water clogging every month. Staff gives fake hope of resolving issue. No one shows up for 1 week to resolve. We students have to go somewhere out to take bath. No use of staying
AWFUL MANAGEMENT DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management NEVER sends people to fix maitenence issues. Literally our apartment is flooded right now and no one has come to fix anything. And this is just the worst issue. We have had other smaller issues that no one has come to check out. Like a leak in my bedroom, bugs, etc. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Absolutely no responsibility for any maintenance. This place changes ownership so many times that they don't update the emergency number. We've had a flood and AC go out and they have no number to call because apparently the last time they changed owners they forgot to give people the updated number to call for issues. Don't live here.
