Our experience was so great from beginning to end. We have existing hardwood floors and wanted to install hardwood floors in our kitchen. Matching the existing as much as possible was needed and Jennifer gave us the options that were available with her recommendations. We also had some damage from pet urine and water. Jennifer was able to ascertain that our existing was about 75% red and 25% white oak which is typical in our area. Jennifer was so helpful from the start. From start to finish she made the process easy. Jose, who did sanding and finishing was fantastic. Our home was basically dust free. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
The Elegant Hardwoods team was incredible to work with and was responsive throughout the process of installing new floors in our home. As a novice, they answered my questions and were transparent about pricing and the timeline to complete the install. I will be using them again in the future and I am very happy with my beautiful new floors.
Jenn and Rob were a pleasure to work with in every step of this process. Any concerns or questions we had, they addressed with expertise and thoroughness. They provided quality work in every inch. The new flooring turned out beautifully! In the end, they left us feeling confident to take care of our new floors giving us detailed instructions on care.
