For our renovation project Elegant repaired and refinished 100 year old heart pine that had been covered by carpet for decades. We are extremely happy with the result and impressed with their professionalism at all levels. Their team was easy to communicate with and worked well with other contractors on the project. Highly recommend.
Our hardwood floors were damaged by workers replacing our refrigerator. There were scratches and a deep gouge where one of the workers had dropped his drill. Several stairs were scratched as well. The transport company which hired the workers agreed to pay for the repair of the floor but asked us to submit 2 estimates. Elegant has the best stuff and are super helpful whenever looking for flooring! Love this company!
We had a very unprofessional and incomplete service. Floor caught on fire during sanding, employees had our house key for weeks on end and would show to work unannounced. Project management was very poor, final bill was four times the initial estimate... FOUR TIMES!
My wife and I hired Elegant Hardwood Floors to add Red Oak to our bedrooms and stain the whole house. We worked with Elegant’s knowledgeable employees to find a dark, rich stain color. We could not be happier with how it came out! The crew was very clean and on time every day. We get so many compliments on our new floors from our family and friends. Great Work team Elegant!
