I ordered a necklace for my dad's widow to honor the first anniversary of his passing. The communication from EE was fantastic and they let me know what was happening every step of the way. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic! The bracelets were beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I ordered three for my best friend and her 2 grandchildren that had just lost their mother. They loved the bracelets. Her grandson who is 23 cried when he opened it and could see the picture of his mother. I will definitely order more in the future
