Stay away from Elegant Eternity. There are competitors worth trying. You can even find similar products on Amazon, sometimes cheaper. It's worth trying because Elegant Eternity is not a company that takes any responsibility, nor does it provide adequate customer service.Shipping their products is not something they are proficient at and they take no accountability if your product is lost or delayed. They promise a certain delivery timeframe and then absolve themselves of any responsibility if it isn't met, not caring if a cu... read more

This company is horrible! I needed my order by Christmas and they told me that the only way to do that was for me to purchase an overnight label and send it to them. I did that and they never sent my order. In fact, I kept getting updates that my order was being re-made. It should have already been delivered. Their customer service is pathetic and they do not respond within a timely manner. They just ignore. This company is a scam. I had a necklace made for my husband after his son passed away. Trying to see the picture as described is impossible. You cannot see it at all from the front with your cell phone camera as promised in their FALSE advertisement. If I put my camera on the backside of the cross, I can make out an image, but it is not very clear. And per their instructions, it should be visible from the front, but it is not. <p>We spoke to said customer and apologized and asked her to contact our warranty team as we have a lifetime warranty. Our warranty team told said customer she could send the item back and we would process a refund for the inconvenience as well as a replacement. </p><p>Im not really sure why said customer says were a scam, we clearly sent her the item she ordered and it was delivered ahead of schedule we just made a mistake, were human and mistakes do happen and we did what we could to make it right and apologized profusely.... read more

Terrible company,product not visible picture of my dog who passed. Just like a prior review, can not see picture.I returned and they sent it back. I tried all the ways they claim to see my noy but nothing.Very upsetting and horrible to deal with.Dont buy from them Product is not what they advertise.i ordered 2 as a memory for my husband and I and they are useless

I received my bracelet yesterday after placing my order six days prior. I have to say, not only did it bring my sister to tears the customer service I experienced was next level. They really go above and beyond to keep you updated on your order status, and if you have any questions, they reply in literally minutes. Id also like to give a shout out to *****, she was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole thing. Horrible company to deal with. I can't even see my dog. They could have at least centered the pic but they didn't. It's streaky, not clear and they think that's acceptable. It takes me 5 minutes just to find the dog way off to the right. I sent the bracelet back to adjust and they matter of factly said "to bad". I will never refer this company out and had planned on ordering no less than a dozen of these for gifts for friends. I'll go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. The worst I've ever dealt with.

Unfortunately the photo was uploaded and cropped by customer prior to placing the order. Customer's photo also met our photo guidelines which is why the image was approved on our end. We also have a very detailed photo guide on each product to let customers know how the photo cropping works. As the photo that was chosen had your dogs head to the right hand side that is how it was created. The cropping of the photo that is done prior to ordering shows what the end result will look like and was uploaded as such by the customer... read more

I received their bracelet for my mother. It had a picture of my dad who had passed away. My husband and I looked and looked and FINALLY were able to discern the pic with a magnifying glass! SO SO tiny! My mother tried for over an hour with the magnifying glass and was not able to see it. We were offered no prof during the process and no dimensions! When I asked for a refund, was told there are no refunds after product is shipped! What customer service policy would have that as an option??? How can a customer know what they a... read more
