I'm finding this company doesnt take accountability at all. Either their machine is broken or it's the postal service's or customer's fault. Nothing is their fault, they're perfect, and their customer service is the best in the world. Yeah, whatever! I so wish I would have read the reviews b4 I spent almost $70! That's just an unbelievable fish story! Run, run, run from this company!
