As I mentioned, Dr. Wasan, you're the best! Thank you for your excellent care, professionalism, and kindness. You always make me feel comfortable and well cared for. The receptionist is also very kind, friendly, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the outstanding service from the entire team. Highly recommended!
The Dr has remarkable attention to detail. I could barely keep my eyes shut from pain in my two front teeth but couldn’t see anything wrong. I called first thing in the morning, explained how severe the pain felt, and I was given an appointment promptly and put into the schedule for that same afternoon. The room was very clean, and it was comforting to see the equipment and dental trinkets being opened in front of me from those sealed packets. Thank you for your care Dr.
If you do not love your teeth and gums, the best choice. Horrible, unprofessional and deceiving experience , specially if you are covered by the Canadian dental plan. I went for cleaning of my teeth and they just polished a few and clean a few.
I dont know if I'd trust them with your dental work whatsoever seeing they cannot even be bothered to update their Google business hours... I just broke about 5/6 teeth in a hockey game today, this clinic was pretty close to the rink so I tried calling mulitple times just to find out they aren't open on the weekends despite their hours of operations online, they only updated their automatic voicemail. It seems like they just do the absolute bare minimum at this place based off of my first experience with them.
