Recommendedafter 6yrs replaced the motors and they worked like new thanks guys
Had a bad motor on my electric step as a result of my 3 year old depressing the door closed button while standing on the step. I went to the website and typed in some numbers I found on the old motor. It took me right to the correct replacement motor and I ordered it right there. The new motor arrived just a few days later with all the correct parts included. After 5 minutes of installation, we were back in business. Working like they did when they were brand new in 2010!
I ordered over $290 worth of parts and after a week I never heard anything from them , four phone calls later I still don’t know the status, one call I was placed on hold and forgotten, another I was told they would call me back in ten minutes (never called),, another call and I was passed from one guy to the next never finding out anything about my order , These are not good people

I bought mine in 2011 for my 2010 F150. They were great for a few years now the passengers side board gets stuck in the down position. Took them to the installer (cap-it) and they said the motors needed cleaning. Fixed in 2014 and the passenger side is stuck again. About to cut my losses and take them off. Called amp with no success.
