RecommendedI will never do buisness with Electricstep. if you need replacement parts, order direct from AMP research. Electricstep has a 100% mark up on their parts. I just replaced a lift linkage. part cost me $148 direct from AMP. Electricstep wants $296.22, for the exact same part. absolutely ridiculous!!!! Guy on the phone was extremely rude after I asked about the insane mark up.
They sent the correct parts and helped me find them too in a timely and professional fashion. Highly recommend them!

Called support today looking for a replacement motor for my steps and after talking to the gentleman and giving him my symptoms of what was going on. He then told me that I didn’t need to buy the replacement motor and that I just needed to lube all the pivot points and that my motor was probably good to go. That’s so awesome that they would tell me most places would have just let me spend the money and buy the new part. I really appreciate it. It goes along way. Thanks!
After 9 years the driver side motor went out on my 09 Chevy 2500hd. Ordered a new motor Wednesday morning and received it the next day. Install was only 10 minutes. Works awesome. Thanks ElectricStep for the quick service.

Just received my Amp Research auto step replacement motors, I have to say I’m impressed with the timely shipping and the packaging was great, bubble wrapped individually. Installation was a breeze, bolts fit perfectly and the motors perform great. Nice and smooth and seem a bit quieter than the other motors. Thanks Amp Research and Electricstep.com.
Motor went out on my steps on my Chevy called the guys at ElectricStep And they hocked me up got the part in 2 days !!!! Recommended you look them up great customer service
