The Electric Factory has built a reputation for showcasing today's hottest rock and pop acts. If a band has toured the East Coast they are likely to have performed here. Top classic rock artists like Neil Young and Blue Oyster Cult, as well as emerging artists such as Smashmouth and Fuel play almost nightly. The upstairs balcony features a bar with tables and a few seats. Come here to chill out and leave your worries behind.

One of the worse – I've probably seen concerts in a hundred different places. This is on my list of top four worse along with Stabler Arena in Bethlehem, PA; Nassau Coliseum on Long Island, and the Capital Center in Maryland. One big reason: I think if you googled the words "Oversold" you'd get this place. I've been to many crowded venues, and this is the worse. They should lower the capacity by 20%. I guess that would make no financial sense. Every inch of the place is packed. The security is the worse. They kick you out fo... read more
Just okay – I like the Electric Factoy because it's one of the few places where you can still meet most of the bands after the show, but besides that it is not better than anywhere else. Actually, I find it to draw a less fun crowd than most of the other clubs I've been to. And it annoys me that they try to send you home if you bring a camera. I find that thing I enjoy most about concerts is looking at the pictures I took when I was there, and they are one of the very few places that enforce the no camera rule. Why? I do not... read more
Loud music, initmate venue – The E Factory is a great place to see bigger bands in a smaller venue. There are bar seats on the balcony for those who like and an open floor for those who like to be more involved.
the best SRO club in town – the security team is thorough and polite about it, the bar staff does one hell of a job given the nature of the business...and the musical selection's diverse for a rock club. you can dance, you can stand around looking cool (or not) you can sit, you can drink (with ID) or you can not... and they charge less for a bottle of water than any other venue in the city. it's the biggest and best black-box club I've ever been to.
Good Ole Rock n Roll – Not as big as a stadium, this place gives you a more upclose feel to enjoying some of the most popular bands of the time...
something for everyone – The thing I like best about the Electric Factory is that the upstairs is reserved for the over 21 crowd and has a bar. The downstairs is for all ages, but is typically the under 21 crowd that enjoys moshing and body surfing.
