Waited for 45 minutes in the back, with no apology. Got billed for “educational hygiene” even though it never happened, insurance said that it was just to see if they could get paid for it. Will not be going back & we’ve gone for years.
Dr. Nguyen is invited to the cookout, Sunday dinner and everything in between. He is absolutely awesome! My 13 year old son had a terrible experience with a dentist, so I had to practically drag him in there. Dr. Nguyen's bedside manner was superb! He brought us to his office to talk and understand our concerns before taking us to the exam room. He was SOOOO patient with my son and made sure he was at ease. My son had an emergency and Eldorado Smiles came to the rescue. They were knowledgeable, gentle, and through! We were very pleased with their work.
I am giving this dentist office a 5 star rating because Dr. Appiah is truly a life saver. I had severe pain on the left side of my mouth, and my usual dentist was out of the country, so my usual dentist office referred me to this dentistry. Dr. Appiah and her assistant made me feel very comfortable, and she took every step she could to find out what was wrong. My bite was off, and Dr. Appiah adjusted it with ease. She is very kind hearted, and I'm thinking about switching dentist because I loved her methods that much.
Dr. Appiah has the best bedside manner. She explained what she was going to do before doing it. She checked periodically to make sure I was comfortable while prepping me for my CAD crown. Her work was meticulous!! I was so impressed with her skills and personality that I brought my mom to her. I would highly recommend Dr. Appiah to my family, friends, and coworkers! Please think twice before coming to this establishment. Very poor service, unethical practice and just plain unconcern for patients. Will overcharge you and have no qualms about poor service.
