Dr. Sauer and his staff are completely AMAZING! I have been terrified of going to the dentist since I was 17 years old after a horrible experience somewhere else. As a result, I’ve neglected my teeth, and have some extensive work that is required. My first visit, I was in tears from the anxiety I felt. Within seconds of meeting Dr. Sauer, my fears were gone. He was so kind, gentle and most importantly, non-judgmental. I cannot say enough good things!

This is an awesome office. The front desk staff, especially Miss Tacey, are superb. Dr. Yates is the best. I have visited several dental offices before coming here. She was the ONLY doctor who was listening to my priorities, not hers. Every dentist I visited before has tried to sell me services that were not my priority, Dr. Yates has just listened to me., did what I asked her to do, provided me with recommendations that fit my time and budget. Great office and great docs!
Our appointment was scheduled for today at 9:30am. We got here at 9:15am and the doors are locked. It is now 9:40am and no one is here and doors are still locked. Completely unacceptable to not even call your patients to let them know you aren’t open.
So, i’m very picky about where i go. Honestly, gave them a chance just because they’re down the road from my new apartment! i love it there! Amazing staff! They really don’t keep you in a awkward situation while there looking at your teeth. Even though i’m only 20, best place i’ve been.
