Highly recommend Dr. Charmichael!! Super friendly staff. They don’t try and up sell you on things you don’t need. I was so afraid to go to the dentist after not having been in over 15 years but they put my fears to rest and it’s been a pleasant experience each and every time!! I drive 30+ miles to see them and it’s worth it!!

From the time you arrive until the time you leave, you can tell Dr. Carmichael and his entire staff really care about their patients. Everyone is super friendly and Dr. Carmichael makes you feel at ease. I'm beginning the process of having implants. I was a bit apprehensive, but again, the entire staff are so professional and friendly, you know you are in great hands. If you are new to Little Elm, Tx, or looking to change Dentists, you won't go wrong with Eldorado Family Dentistry.

A very creepy experience- Made an appointment to have a check-up before the end of the year. Completed the paperwork, excluding my Social Security Number. I had an Insurance ID Card with a phone# for provider's to verify coverage. Also provided my Driver's License. I was a health insurance agent and know a SS# is not required for providers. Because of Cyber Crime and liability most professional offices are now trying NOT to collect this type of data. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will say demeaning things about you the entire time you are there even though they have no room to be talking. Anyways, in addition to that the dentist spent 2 minutes looking at my teeth and told me I had 6 cavities. Which I know is BS I went back to my regular dentist and they told me I had zero two weeks later.

AWESOME!!!! I love this dentist, very professional and caring and I could tell my comfort was priority. I don't like dental work and they were able to sedate me in the office. Loved it. They were great!

Where to start. Multiple patient forms stacked on top of each other whe asked to fill out. Identify theft waiting to happen. Front desk staff very rude and lazy. They do not research your insurance they will just bill you. The front desk also openly talks about patients in front of waiting room. This dentist is not worth the risk!
