My experience with this company has been so so. They cannot find a replacement when the aide calls out. We have an important day tomorrow and have no one to shower my father. Can't go to a wedding smelling! Its now last minute and I cannot find anyone. Not a reliable management team, Very disappointed and not happy with this.

Have had 10 years history with this company and we've only had one consistent PCA that shows up and calls ahead for schedule changes. In the last month two PCA's failed to show and when you call the company, no one answers the phone. Wait two weeks for services and still no one shows up. Call and ask to for CEO and management information to provide feedback and Cecilia states there are so many managers and she doesn't know who the CEO is. Very poor customer service overall. Would not recommend this agency.

This is probably the worst company I’ve ever worked for. They will hire you one and tell you that they have so many houses that need so much help, But when you get houses that are filled with roaches and pet feces everywhere and you let the company know about that then you don’t get that much people to work for I barely got ours working with this company. I have only good things to say about the nurses who have come to my home and taken care of me. They are respectful and work hard for their in home visits. It is not always an easy job but the nurses I have met do it with grace. Thank you Elara Care.
