I've been receiving in home care from Elera Caring now for a couple of years. The young lady named Shelly has been my steady worker the whole time. I want to say thanks to her for being so reliable, thoughtful and genuinely caring about meeting my weekly needs as I'm only entitled for one visit per week for a total of 4 hours per week. Without Shelly, I probably would be dead by now. I am proud of this young lady for being willing to put other's needs into a means of attaining them. Thanks Shelly for all you do.
If i could hive them a negative 200 still would not say how terrible theuy are. The first girl they had for me NEVER showed up. The seconed girl came 3 times and she wa a good worker but then she never came again. They called me 1 hour befor she was due to be at my house and told me she quit her job. Then they tell me she told them 2 days before they called me. Now i have no one coming. DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THEM.THEY ARE VERY UNRELIABLE.
