Other than the fact that nobody answers my calls. This company is unreliable and their workers are horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND
My mother was strung along for multiple weeks that she would be assigned a new home health aid after her previous elara health aid quit. Now with two weeks until a major surgery she was informed she was being dropped due to staffing issues and that she was low priority. Medicare/medicaid complaints for patient abandonment, and access to care are being filed. I worked for this company as a Home Health Aid through the New Bedford office in Massachusetts a few years back and let me tell you! , I've been wrongly accused for something that had nothing to do with me when it came to calling out.
