How this place has such a high rating blows my mind, yes the apartments are nice and the buildings are ok, and the locations nice, but that's really all I can say about it. I really wish I spent more time reading these reviews and put more stock in what people said about Managnent and staff... Absolutely HATE THIS PLACE because of the blood sucking leaches that run this complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE, they will bend you over so fast and hard... Well you get the idea... I tried to give this complex more than 1 star, but couldn't justify it under any circumstances. I've never dealt with a more ruthless/terrible property management company ever. in. my. life. (mark my words) They could care less about doing the right thing for residents, but only the right thing for generating $$$. I won't even go into the prior issues I've had as the most recent one is the most frustrating. about 30 cars towed from a lot I pay $100/month so that my care DOESNT get towed. Yes you sent one brief email a week ago, that does not justify what took place. For the cost of living in Elan, you would hope they would take better care of their tenants...
