RecommendedI have lived here for three years and have loved my experience here being from the easy coast. This is one of the best apartments in all of Minnesota.
We have only been living here about 3 weeks and we are absolutely loving it! The amenities are so great, the location is a dream and we are loving how dog friendly it is especially with our new puppy Honey!

This place has the potential to be extraordinary but the management doesn't want to be bothered. I informed guest services that some irresponsible dog owner left dog doo in the hall and his response was "I'm leaving". I also informed guest services about the loud music and vial talk by the pool... the response was "it's multifamily living". Two dogs were running around, they had glass containers, none of them had wrist bands and the language was so vial I don't want to repeat it. The worse offense is... The maintenance workers, cleaners, and other staff do an amazing job keeping the premises beautiful and well-functioning. I love the location of the apartments (near everything I could need...markets, cafes, public transit, etc.) and the tenants I've met so far are chill and polite. No drama so far which is a good thing!
Great place, great staff, location, location, location!!
