Great service – Treated great from the time I got there until I was ready to leave. Soothing atmosphere, and great customer service. I won't go anywhere else.
Great Stylist! – I have been a blonde for the better part of my 40+ yrs. I've been brassy, really white, and all the other colors in the blonde family. I was never really satisfied with the color of my hair. Then Chadd from Elan's colored my hair. He did a remarkable job. He said," he was using low lights and high lights to add color to my hair." CURLY HAIR BEWARE!! – Being a NATURALLY CURLY, FUZZY HAIRED girl, I have had the hardest time finding and keeping a stylist who could tame, smooth out, and actually make the frizz lie down and obey. But I stepped into Elan on a whim and was booked with Chad. I must admit, he did seem a bit intrepid at first, but after he learned what he was up against, he broke out the big guns and not only tamed the monster, but he put it to rest. I walked out not only frizz free, but happy enough to book him over and over.
Kristy Rhodes is the best at hair! – Kristy does my hair. She is at the top in color education and listens to my needs. I love her and Elan is the best place in Nashville without a doubt! If you go somewhere else you are missing out!
The only place to go in Nashville – After going to a "top" salon in Washington DC, I can honestly say that Elan offers top salon services at better prices. If you go, ask for "Kelly Girl" - she's talented and sweet.
I think I am in love with my salon! – There are many different salons I have been to here in Nashville. Some I have liked, some I have not, but I usually dont stay at one salon more than a few years. Now the only thing that will make me change is a relocation for work. Make an appointment and ask for Lacey! She is the best!!!
Do not take a chance – I have had three friends go to Elan and all three were very discontented. One had such bad hair that the second I saw them I new immediately that someone had really messed their hair up. After inquiring about how such a seemingly nice place could have such dreadful stylists, I was informed that they take a lot of people fresh out of school! Not worth the gamble with your money nor your hair!
You get the royal treatment from Valentina – Valentina Bagirov is a special find here in Nashville. She is a master at her craft. I have had facials at 5 star resorts such as Sea Island, Georgia, The Sanctuary at Kiawah and The Broadmoor and her facials far exceed those at the resorts in both skill and pampering.
My Facial Experience with Gwen..... – The atmosphere and aura of the Skin Care was a wonderful experience. My facial and brow wax experience with Gwen was wonderful. The facial on the other hand was very relaxing. Gwen is very great at her craft. I highly recommend anyone going to see Gwen for any of their facial or waxing needs.
