Great Cut & Color – I have been to Elan in Green Hills twice since moving to Nashville and have been very happy with the results each time. I highly recommend Nathan; he has done an excellent job creating blonde highlights that blend beautifully with my natural color and giving me a cute, trendy yet sophisticated cut that is low maintenance and grows out really well. Needless to say, I will definitely be going back for a third time.
Bad Hair and Broken Promises – Absolutely the worse hair cut and highlights ever. Called to book my first appointment and was told Dawn was the very best. Took a picture of the cut and color I wanted to make sure there was no miscommunication. Highlighting resulted in little squares all over my head. There were points in the hair that were 1 inch and the other 4 inches - all in the same area. The only place I go for waxing. – I go to Elan to get my eyebrows and bikini waxes. Before, I was going to this fabulous woman in Murfreesboro, but when I moved to Nashville, I was struggling to find a place to go to get waxed that did a great job with a good price. My best friend, on a similar quest, recommended Elan and I've been going back since. I've used almost everybody there and they're all great, but my favorite is definitely Sarah. I would recommend this place to anyone!
BLONDE NIGHTMARE! – First time at Elan (just moved here) I am blonde and needed my roots done. I was told Julie was a senior colorist who charged more than average so I figured that she would be a safe bet. She says a base and highlight will get rid of my roots. Get exactly what you want!!! – Well, I've had my hair done by some truly amazing people here in Nashville. But when I walked into Elan last Thursday, I wasn't even really sure if I wanted to get my hair done. Friendly, but don't listen, and are out for as much as they can convince you to spend. – I went to Elan for my very first hair color ever, and my second-ever facial. WHAT A DISASTER!!! Very knowledgeable staff... – I had dermaplaning done at this spa and thought my service provider, Sara, was great. She explained to me what the procedure entailed, then after it was all over she gave me instructions on what I should and shouldn't do and I left happy with my results.
a superb, friendly, detail-oriented place – Elan Germantown is the only place to go. Everyone there is very friendly from your first visit to every follow-up visit. Very cool, quaint, modern atmosphere with great music playing in the background. Customer service at its best! Jackie gives me the most detailed haircut I have ever received. I would recommend her to anyone. This salon has style and great stylists. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
