Customer Service--Best in Town – I've been to alot of salons but NEVER one as Customer Oriented as Elan's!! From the time I walked in the front door to the time I left, the entire staff were professional and courteous. Nathan was the stylist I was referred to by another one of his clients and they were SO RIGHT about him. He looked at the picture I presented and advised me on the pros and cons of the cut, and I walked out with one of the BEST haircuts I've EVER had. You will NOT be disappointed!!
Elan Germantown – I have been going to Elan Green Hills for a little over two years. My stylist moved to the new Germantown location. I love the new location. The atmosphere is very open, welcoming, and inviting. The stylist/staff are very friendly, energetic, and personable. Kristy is fabulous! My hair is dry, frizzy, and wavy. Great place for waxing – I got my first bikini wax at this place, and it couldn't have been a nicer experience. The place is very nice, very professional, and the lady who did my bikini wax explained everything, gave her opinion, and was very quick and efficient, which is certainly nice when getting a wax! The whole process with waiting and everything couldn't have taken more than 30 minutes. I will definitely go again.
Germantown Elan – It isn't easy to fix a bad haircut, especially curly hair with a bad haircut! But Leah did just that, and did it with a sense of humour and non-judgemental attitude. I was lucky enough to get an appointment right away, and grateful for it. Fabulous Staff, Amazing Hair! – Wow! Elan Germantown the new little, cooler, funkier sister of the Green HIlls location. Kristy is a pro! Every staff member is poised and phenomonal. Mom to MILF in 2 hours!!!! – ELAN Germantown is the new hip sibling of Elan Green Hills. It has a cool vibe and awesome stylists. Kristy is the best. She isn't afraid to push you out of your boring self and bring you up to date! Prices are reasonable for the great service you get. The new salon is great. I highly recommend it.
Elan is the place to go! – Elan is fantastic! Nathan is a GEM! Although I think all of the stylists are wonderful and consistent AND proficient. Wonderful Experience – I just had to share my WONDERFUL experience at Elan Salon in Green Hills. A friend of mine has been going for years, and had always told me about the great customer service, top notch stylists and sophisticated decor, but I had my own stylist at a competing salon, so I never went.
