no hairy situation – I have been to Elan several times and have not had a bad experience yet. I have only been in Nashville for 4 years and was in search of a new salon. I have found it. I have had haircuts and colors and both have been terrific. Both times I went in for a haircut, I just told the stylist I wanted them to surprise me and do whatever they thought would look good. Both times I was extremely happy! It is a bit spendy, but is worth every penny.
top notch! – I've been going to Elan for years and have never had a bad experience - from haircuts, hair colors, facials, manicures - they've all been excellent. The relaxed atmosphere is what I love most. I don't feel like I need to get 'dressed up' to go to the salon. It's not stuffy at all and the entire staff is so friendly. Moving from Atlanta, it was very refreshing to find such a great salon!
#1 in Nashville!! – I've been going to ELAN for several years now. The staff is soo friendly and professional. They treat each and every client like royalty. They offer the very latest in hair, skin, and body care; catering to your individual need. I recommend ELAN to anyone looking for a full service salon. Go check it out...you won't be disappointed!
Rude Receptionist – These people should hire a new receptionist...she was quite rude. When I called about booking a massage, I was abruptly told there were no openings. I was not given the opportunity to try to schedule another day. That's not a good way to treat potential customers.
Amazing service – The styling staff at ELAN are all top notch! The customer service staff made me feel very welcomed from my first visit six years ago.
