I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
