They made me pay in advance, then couldn't do my hair. They did set me up with an amazing stylist a couple of days later, who rents a space in their salon. Problem was, being a different company, I of course had to pay again. My refund for the first appointment was 'processed' but not until two days later, and still not available to me as of yet. Jandi is so gentle, she's absolutely great! I got a consultation and Japanese hair straightening done on 4c hair (4c combination) with her and it turned out so nice! I've had natural hair for years now and can't wait to rock straight hair for this next chapter. The salon was also super cute btw, it's a vibe, very pretty and comfy. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again!
Didn’t enjoy the service
I can’t say enough great things about this salon and its owner and staff! Pretty much spent the day there getting my hair done in extensions and before having a consultation and never felt rushed or anything! It was a great experience and I’ll tell everyone this and can’t wait to go back already! Pearl you rock!
