Stopped in for dinner tonight (Poland Location) and it was awful. I ordered fajitas and it had no flavor, the waitress never came back so I couldn’t even add hot sauce. What Mexican restaurant doesn’t have hot sauce on the table?!? When I finally got tired of waiting for the bill I let them know of the issues- it didn’t phase them. Never going back!
Went tonight for the anniversary party! Came in and the place was packed. We had to wait for a table, but when we ordered our food it came super fast! I was amazed. Great service and staff! The food is wonderful! Best around.
I have been here probably 6 times. 2 times I’ve had decent service; the other 4 visits have seen a combination of overcharges, rude bartender loudly complaining about her shift/management, wait crew/staff arguing back and forth while I sat in the middle of it, and tonight - my last visit - I waited a full 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement, eye contact, or “I’ll be right with you” while she carried on casual conversation close to me and had walked past me a few times.
