Everything they brought to our table of 5 was cold when it was brought to the table. The food is way over priced for what it was and the quality was poor. Our check was brought out on a blue post-it bite so who knows how accurate it actually was and then they expected us to pay cash for a bill over $60! We will definitely not be going back here...

Stunning interior. Hopping bar! Service is extremely slow., despite having numerous managers and servers on the floor. We waited almost an hour for ice cold food. We appreciate the manager taking prompt action. We will try again in a few weeks when the opening kinks are worked out.
I have been here twice for lunch. Both times food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was super and restaurant is beautiful. Next will be a dinner date with hubby. :)
Could not get refills in timely manner. Rice is very bland. White dipping cheese too runny. Texanns fajitas very good. Servive is soso. Not very friendly. Interior very pretty.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. We have been working on our service and food, we had a few trainee employees the first few weeks. I hope you give us another chance.
We waiting 25 minutes for a drink. The server wasn't who brought us the drinks so we waited another 10 minutes to order food. By that time we decided that since we had just got a drink and still had not ordered that we did not have time to wait. I may try it again to see how the food is if the service improves. The bar drinks we received were less than great as well. A lot of learning curves here it appears. I hope it improves but I wasn't impressed my first visit.
Just had dinner there for the 1st time. Service 6 out of 10......food 4 out of 10.....my burritoes had a sauce on them that I thought was for Spaghetti more like a marinara sause....the meat in the burritoes had no seasonings just gound beef. the salas & chips were good but to hot for my wife...she likes a milder salsa. (requested a milder sause but none was avaiable) Overall I give this restaurante a 5 out of 10. I know it's their 1st week but I went there for Mexican NOT Italian. We will check back in a few months.
What a great place! We sat out on the patio had a cold drink waiting on our food, watched the planes land at Roanoke airport! The food was excellent and portions were plenty! Service was incredible, can't wait to go back
Runny cheese dip. Okay food. Horrible service. We will go back to abuelo's from now on. Completely unimpressed

Asked multiple times for refills that were never brought. Person that brought our food to the table didn't know what the dishes were. Were missing an entrée from our order, which took another 30 mins to arrive. Checks were not split correctly and we were charged for things we never received. When we tried to explain who had what, the server just rolled his eyes and walked away. When we finally had a managers attention there was no sympathy or apology for how our visit went. Looks nice inside, but the service was horrible.
