I posted a review on google 3 months ago never got a reply, I try to put a complaint today on the website but it keeps asking me for my order number i dont have the receipt so i dont know it. But here is my complaint First the burrito was place in the wrong container, second I said no sour cream like 3 times and they gave me sour cream , instead of guacamole they gave me salsa verde . Everything except for the chicken, was either bad quality /flavor, or void of any flavor.
at this particular location things are just off. your order is taken you wait you wait and you wait. doesn't matter the time of the day. I've been at this one multiple times only because it's the one closest to me. you finally make it to the window and then get asked your order and they re input your order it's not like they are confirming and repeating what you order more of like: what did you order? .......wait give me a second as they're punching things at the register.
