I Was in line @ the window waitting to order over 20 minutes. Then I drove to the cashier and waited . Finally they acknowledged us. I complained!! Took my food home . It was over cooked, dry. Etc.. took it back!! Got an exchange . The supervisor would not take the time to talk to me. No I'm sorry or nothing .

They never can get my order right here. WTH? Stopped going there for a LONG time. Then l went again and guess what? Asked for a salad with extra cilantro dressing. No extra dressing and NONE on the salad. Only salsa in the bag. You eat that DRY salad! I refuse to go all the way back so they can fix it. I am done. So mad that they got rid of the flan and the original black beans anyway.
El Pollo Loco is THEE ABSOLUTE BEST! WISH THEY WERE ON THE EAST COAST!
