Picked up my truck and Everything on the inside was just smothered in shiny oily grease, including my steering wheel and floor mats. Took me forever to try to scrub it off, so my hands and feet weren’t sliding all over the place why trying to drive. Whatever grease they sprayed also got all over my glass which they never touched with glass cleaner. Could barely see out of my windshield. Half of my exterior was missed During the wash and dirt was still everywhere
Drove 20 minutes and rearranged my schedule to make it here before closing. Arrived at 6:22 pm only to find the entrance coned off and employees packing up. An employee told me they were closed, even though their posted closing time is 8 pm. No explanation, no apology, just a dismissive response. If you plan to close nearly two hours early, update your hours or communicate it clearly. Extremely unprofessional experience.
