Service was exceptional and on point. Food was great and as ordered. Drinks filled without question. Server visited regularly.

I love El Jalisco restaurants except this one. A hair was in my food- had to have 2 people examine the dish eye level before taking it away- the first person seeing the hair said "let me see what I can do for you" and walked away. No sincere apologies from the staff were made. They obviously dont care. Service was awful- for a slow night. The staff was just relaxing up front. I've never experienced anything similar at other locations. My family and friends won't be going back to any El Jalisco again.
Friendly, great service and fast enough for a lunch hour. Outstanding guacamole made table side and a real chili relleno that was delicious. My new mexi when I'm in Tallahassee.
First time customer. They don't have an El Jalisco where I'm from. The salsa was delicious. The food came out very quickly. I ordered the chile relleno, burrito, and taco. The food was lukewarm which was disappointing since it came out so fast. The taco was very salty, I could barely finish it. The chili relleno was okay as was the burrito.
