Horrible Customer Service – TRUST ME!!! I never really write reviews, but my experience with them was soooo horrible that I felt the need to advise future buyers....Horrible service, faulty furniture, overpriced!!!! It has been three weeks and I am still waiting on my sofa to be fixed!!! Today I gave up and told them to refund my money and take the stupid sofa.. I would rather buy from WALMART than them ever again!! They snap at you and treat you like you are a 2 year old and a liar once you pay them.....don't do it.......
Horrible Customer Service! – We bought a platform day bed with storage that looked expresso brown in the store. Once it arrived at my home I could see that it is cherry wood. It does not go with the rest of the furniture in the room and I am not happy with the piece and so I called the store where it was bought to see what could be done. REALLY UNIQUE EXPERIENCE – Great overall shopping experience. The look of the store is unique. I received my Delivery immediately and when promised. I highly recommend this place.
