Horrible Customer Service! – We bought a platform day bed with storage that looked expresso brown in the store. Once it arrived at my home I could see that it is cherry wood. It does not go with the rest of the furniture in the room and I am not happy with the piece and so I called the store where it was bought to see what could be done. El Dorado Furniture... DO NOT BUY IS A SCAM AND RIPOFF – I purchase this sofa 3 weeks ago.. When the sofa arrived home looks fine so we sign a paper. When I try to move the sofa I could not. There was a missing leg, another one was broken, a pice of wood was broken. Long story short, money is not returnable, they make it see like a exchange is a big thing, but they have cancel my exchange merchantdise already 5 times for x or y reason...
