The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! – Please do yourself a favor, don't shop here. We bought two futons and they have hounded us to sign a credit card voucher for two months. I have been billed by the credit card, paid for it and they are still calling. The customer service is horrible, when they call they scream, pass the phone to each other. WHAT A SHAME THIS STORE IS, FOUNDED BY A CUBAN! IT IS EMBARRASING.

non reliable store – i been buying furniture at elderado at plantation many years and always had good expeireince, sales people are nice specially (Gene) and good customer srvs. First time we bought in coconut creek store very bed expirience, sales person is very pushy knows nothing about furniture, only wont to sell , delivery late 3 hours furniture was scratched walls were hit at list 3 times when called to cancel order, sales person and manager called many times to save the order,made promises for discounts, we agreed whe... read more

Discurtious – On My first visit to the El Dorado Pembroke Pines store, a gentleman attended to me. He did not rush me nor pressure me. I went back with my daughter to see the set I liked. There was a lady who assumed I was going to buy the set and started the paperwork without my OK. I was only there to let my daughter give me her opinion. I thought that was very discurtious of her. Didn't even like her attitude.

Bad return – El dorado Furniture is not the place to buy anything from. If you return item purchased, getting a refund is absolutely terrible. They say refund in 5 days. Upon calling they then say 7 days. It is now 10 days and still no refund. BUYER BEWARE

Defective Furniture, Reckless Customer Service – I just finished filing a Federal Trade Commision (FTC) complaint against El Dorado Furniture (Coconut Creek store). The Queen bed that was delivered was defective. It is much larger than a Queen-size mattress. This makes the bad unsafe and unusable. El Dorado acknowledged that all beds in this model are defective, however, they refuse to refund or issue me a store credit. I strongly suggest you to file a complaint against them to FTC.

EL DORADO – producto de todo loq he pasado con esa tienda , por la falta de responsabilidad de los q diriguen el store ubicado en la 72 ave y la 14 str del nw , he comenzado un proceso con LA FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION, FTC. para q por lo menos conozcan el abuso excesivo contra los trabajadores de clase media q producto de una mala orientacion de los vendedores y su incapacidad, le quieran arrebatar el dinero a un trabajador , es una injusticioa las politicas q tienen , lean esto y orientence antes de entrar en esos store

One of (if not) the Worst Furniture Stores in the Area – In September, I paid in full for merchandise that was supposed to be delivered in mid-Oct. The furniture finally got delivered yesterday (Dec 9. (One of the pieces looks somewhat different than what I recall. Until I can get out to the store to see the floor model again, that, however, is another issue.)
