Nobody enforce the Association Rules and people live at their own. Management is only takes care of if you pay or not the Association fees. Property Manager very rude
Really bad administration, the manager doesn't care about your needs. They charge you for parking. The kids in the basketball courts are noise and very disrespectful. It is a really bad place to have your family living in.
THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. DIRTY POOL, TOTALLY BAD ADMINISTRATION. On weekends there is always a noise. The administration doesnt care about you. You have a problem, you report it and they do nothing for you. THEY CHARGE U FOR PARKING. DO NOT MOVE THERE. I REGRET ALL THE TIME I SPENT THERE.
