Excellent food and service! George and his family run a top notch restaurant.
I love trying new places but I must say how disappointed 😔 I was with the service but most of all the food was terrible and bland.and lets not mention the hot lighting ... I felt like I was being interrogated with how the lights beamed on me I was sweating 😓 and let me tell you nobody likes that. ..... however the atmosphere was nice and i think that is the only good thing besides speanding time with my family.

Me sentía algo deprimida y mi hijo nos invitó a cenar..cuando escuche al cantante de música de tríos fue muy placentero y mi estado de ánimo cambio...ah! y esas enchiladas vegetarianas estaban 🏻 Deliciosas ...mi esposo es americano y le encanto el plato de Tamales, a mi hijo encantado también ..Por supuesto que voy a regresar y lo recomiendo !.. todo el staff muy amables, atentos y servicio excelente
Stopped for lunch on way home from downtown Tucson. El Cisne doesn't have traditional colorful Mexican decor but does have really good service and margaritas, enchilada, chile relleño, and tres leches cake for dessert ALL were excellent! Highly recommend.
We ordered guacamole which was very bland. Texture nice and a good amount but no reason to eat it. Forget about the sopapis nothing but dough with honey poured on it. Dinner was ok. Ordered chicken and shrimp enchiladas. Ok nothing wonderful. Service rather slow.
Visited this restaurant for their South American night tonight for Uruguayan night. Not only was the service amazing, the food was as well! Had the Chivito Sandwich as an appetizer and the taste was excellent. Having visited Uruguay myself, I can say that the flavor was authentic. For the entree I had flank steak a la Napolitana and was very pleased. I would recommend going to the South American Nights, aside from great food and service there is a great vibe.
