The hostess was friendly but unprofessional, left us standing there after we started following her and ran to get menus. Then we waited a VERY long time for the waitress, who finally took our drink order. Then after another long wait, the bartender came up and told us they ran out of mint for my husband's mojito. We finally got drinks, but then we ordered food and waited a bit, then were told they also ran out of what I ordered for dinner. Once the food came it was mediocre at best. Excellent drink choices as well as cheese crisp. Highly recommend coming up to El Cisne to try it!
Do not go eat at El Cisne. They didn’t deliver our entrees for 50 minutes (waiter took twenty minutes to take our order on top of it). I asked to speak to a manager. I let her know what happened and she proceeded to put her hands in my face. Terrible service and management. Spend your money elsewhere �
We had a wonderful dinner tonight, with the cabrilla in caper-butter sauce and one of the combo plates. The lemon drop martini was perfect! We've driven past this place a million times, but it was our first time eating here. It's our new favorite Mexican restaurant in Tucson.
So yummy and loved the atmosphere! Very friendly, and again so yummy.
