Incredibly inconsistent food, which is overpriced, and you don't always receive what you pay for as stated in the menu. They need to also watch a specific male server who will overcharge you for your order- like grossly! I ordered the nachos at the bar, with sour cream/guacamole, which they are supposed to come with...what was $8 nachos turned into almost $20! Watch your bill! Was a loyal patron- I'm done, no more! El Cisne always exceeds expectations. As a Southern Arizona native they ya e perfected the birria and carne seca. If Sebastian is working, just tell him you want his Original Margarita and it will make you frown at every one you have thereafter. Don’t miss the chance to dine here!
