Leasing a vehicle from them. Received an offer to for an early termination of the lease where it says clearly that they will cover the buyout if we upgrade to a newer vehicle. Over 2 hours later we are told that in spite of the fact that the offer was in our name with the correct vehicle listed on the offer that we would have to cover it ourselves. That being said as much as I hate to take money out of the valley, I cannot abide false offers. Time to look for the next lease in San Diego or Palm Springs

There cars r no good I haven’t had my explorer for a yr and it don’t work going to a different dealer to get a car
