RecommendedAlways very helpful and kind when I need to go in to service my car. Just dropped it off a few days ago. They were very busy and it was two hours before closing, but they still managed to finish and get me my car back same day.
When I got they were ready to fix the Air Bag because the Airbag was on Recall. The Crew was very professional and courteous!!! I was offered a ride home and pick me up and that me back to the shop when my car was ready !!! Thank You El Centro Motors Ford !!!!
I went in for an oil change and a problem with the sync system. All they did was restart the system, which I had alredy done and advice them of it. My sync system still does not work properly. Also they kept my car overnight without calling me and letting me know they were keeping it. Did I mention I dropped off my car at 9AM and got it back 10AM the next morning. I talked to the service manager, he was real attentive and helpful.

The reason I got another F2 50 2020 is because they came out with a 10 speed transmission and I pull lots of trailers and also Ford trucks have lots of power with that 6.7 motor
