Must of had a new waiter.... slow. Needless to say, we ate without drinks. Couldn’t get any eye contact or interest in our table. Back to El Azteca we go....
A large group of us went to eat today!! They could have handled the situation in a different manner! Many of will no longer be eating at this restaurant! Poor customer service!
A customer came in and ordered child size portions of chicken and rice for her children. And she got her bill it was $90. That would make it about $18 per plate for a child. This is ridiculous! The manager was called and they basically said that it's on the customer, it's not on them.
Sadly this place is not family friendly
customer service is not on their list at all. very poor attitude.
