Service sucked! It took an hour to get our food and the food was not good I'm so sad they are going out like this
I grew up in Highland Park, for 36 years I enjoyed coming here. They always made you and your party feel like Family, like you were eating at home. I'm gonna miss all the people that gave me great service, great food, but most of all friendship. Thank You and God Bless You All...
Old school since 1964. I really like the atmosphere of these old school restaurants, this one has a nice dark interior. The place was busy on a Sunday night, always a good sign for good food. The four of us ordered different things off the menu, Chili verde burrito, Chicken Mole, Chili Releno, and a kid's bean & cheese burrito plate. My burrito was small average tasting and the tortilla tasted too doughy, the kid's burrito was far from good my daughter didn't even finish it which is rare.
