Terrible beside manner, extreme sense of arrogance. Demanded an arbitration agreement be signed prior to seen. Demanded answers to personal questions (about me) that had nothing to do with my son’s treatment. Also, had to wait for an hour past appt time for follow up. Would not recommend. I have seen other doctors at Southlake who are fantastic! However, I will never see this doctor or allow him to treat my children again.
It was an unusually busy day so I had to wait quite awhile for my appointment but besides that it was very efficient and pleasant experience! Dr. Bonanza and his staff were very informative and answered all my questions and concerns!
