I have been seeing Dr. Shah for almost two years now. I needed a crown recently and was extremely impressed with the service I received from her and all the staff at Village Dental. Not only did she do a wonderufl job, because it felt a little strange to me (the newness, no doubt), she followed up that evening with a phone call that evening and met me at the office on her day off to re-examine it to make sure everything was as it should be (it was). Fantastic customer service at every level. I was really impressed with how nice all of the people I interacted with there were. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was great. Very clean and updated facility, TVs above you to watch during the cleaning and I (probably really lucky) was able to get a same-day cleaning. Highly recommended.
