I had the dentist phobia, and therefore, did not see a dentist for years. She and her staff did a wonderful job helping me get over this fear. Dr. Yankelevich is a friendly and excellent dentist. She goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly and with high standards. I totally trust her with my dental health.
I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Katya and her excellent staff. She is incredibly kind and compassionate and puts one at ease immediately while proficiently giving the highest dental care. I can't imagine being able to find a better dentist in Columbus...
I stepped into the lovely, modern office and was greeted by Terri who is so welcoming and pleasant that I was immediately at ease. Everything here is bright and spotlessly clean. Everyone I met, from Terri, to Chuck, my hygienist, and of course, Dr. Katya Yankelevich is professional and reassuring, while making me feel totally at home and instilling a wonderful sense of peace of mind. Dr. Katya is so wonderful - I could not have found a nicer and more professional and kind Dentist.
My husband and I (both in our 50's) are beyond pleased to have found Dr. Yankelevich and her team at Village Dental. They have always taken care of all of the insurance correspondence, and kept us up to date with pertinent information regarding our insurance coverage. Dr. Katya Yankelevich has the best employee's and is the best place to go for a checkup/cleaning. Her receptionist always fits me in the best times and everyone is very friendly and funny. I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I love it!
Dr. Yankelevich has been my dentist for three years. My teeth was really bad, so it needed a lot of work. I have done several teeth extraction and bridge and crown etc., Office staff and hygienists there were always friendly and professional. Terri was really good at taking care of your insurance issues. Six years ago Dr. Yankelevich saved my life. I was there for a regular check up, and when she did my exam she saw something that concerned her so much that she explained to me that she wanted me to get a biopsy right away. Not only did she want me to get this done, but she stopped everything she was doing and went to her office and started making calls on my behalf herself! Dr. Yankelevich did a fantastic job with the implants for my front teeth. From surgery to final crowns the entire process was painless and result turned out to be very natural. It was also very cost effective. I highly recommend this doctor, she really knows what she is doing.
Dr. Katya's office is very nice, very professional, and everyone is very caring and helpful. I can't speak to procedures Dr. Katya has done for me, because I lucked out with respect to dental genes and haven't needed any work. (sorry Dr. K :-)
